Riders participate in the Perskindol Swiss Epic to satisfy their thirst for adventure and the team camaraderie. Of course, the race is challenging and demanding and to reduce the risk of serious accidents, all participants must acknowledge the following fair play etiquette:

All participants will treat each other with respect and help each other out when in need.

During the race, whether on an uphill or on a downhill passage, no rider should hinder another from overtaking. The overtaking person is obliged to warn and announce this action before doing so. An overtaking manoeuvre should not be forced – please be polite and considerate, no matter the circumstances. We are here to have fun.

The course is signposted and the officials of the host area will inform other non-participating riders about the event. Nevertheless, riders always should anticipate other parties on the trails, in case of doubt they always have the right of way. The racecourse is NOT closed to public traffic. All Swiss traffic regulations must be observed at all times during the race.
